Withdrawn Deals by Rep
Who's entering deals that don't materialize
Why Deals Were Withdrawn
Distribution of withdrawal reasons
Withdrawn Deal Log
Deals removed from pipeline that never materialized — NOT counted as losses
| Account | Rep | AM | PM | Practice | Phantom Revenue | Reason | Withdrawn | Notes |

Withdraw Deal
Withdrawing moves the deal to the Withdrawn log. It will NOT count as a loss
and won't affect your win rate or revenue lost. Use this when a deal was never real, customer ghosted before
qualification, or it shouldn't have been entered.

🧹 Name Cleanup — Rep / AM / PM
Shows every person name found across Pipeline, Revenue Forecast, Win/Loss, and Dump In/Fall Off records.
Numbers show how many records use each name. Watch for typos or partial names
(e.g. "Andrea" with 1 use vs "Andrea Wiley" with 8) — edit those records manually to consolidate.
The ✕ Remove button only appears for names with zero usages.
Log activity
Calls, emails, and meetings need a next step and a date — that's the discipline that keeps deals from going quiet.
Convert lead to deal
A converted deal needs a next step and a date before it joins the pipeline.
Attach document
Add company
A prospect, customer, or partner — the one authoritative record.
Give it a name — everything else can come later.
Team roster
Reps show up in Owner and AM dropdowns. PMs show up in AM and PM dropdowns. Add anyone missing; remove people who left (as long as they're not still on records).
Error placeholder
Add person
Every name F2 knows belongs in here.
First name and company are the minimum for a record worth keeping.
Add lead
A door worth knocking on. Not a deal yet — that comes with Convert.
Name, company, a next step, and a date — a lead without a plan is just a wish.
Edit deal
Stage, value, and probability are the forecast — one number, two views. In the live build these write straight through to the Pipeline & Forecast database.
Mark lead dead
A reason is required — dead-lead reasons become your lead-quality report later.
Fix this entry
Same-day entries can be corrected. After today, history locks.
Close deal
A loss needs a reason — these become your win/loss report.
Attach person to this deal
Add a tech we know
General knowledge only — "I know someone who can do this work." Nothing here assigns, books, or commits anyone; real staffing happens on the delivery side.
Pick a person or give the new tech a name.
