Most common cause: the file was saved with right-click → "Save As" from a preview, which keeps only a frozen picture of the page. Fix: go back to the chat and use the download button on the CRMv9 file itself, then double-click the downloaded file. On Windows, if it still fails: right-click the file → Properties → check Unblock → OK.
